New Facility in Redevelopment Area Complete

Buttacavoli Industries, serving the Yuba-Sutter area for over 30 years, has completed construction of their new 4,200 square foot facility at the same site as their previous location – 1015 Yuba Street in Marysville. This brings them up to approximately 10,000 sq. ft. total.  The structure houses a vastly expanded showroom for customers to view all the products Buttacavoli Industries has to offer, as well as office space for their growing staff, currently at 18 employees.   

“With the business increasing as rapidly as it has, we decided to build a facility that both met our customer’s needs and reflected the style of Marysville in past years,” stated Bruce Buttacavoli, owner and founder of the business.  “Our showroom now gives our customers a much better idea of the full line of products we carry as well as letting them see many of our most popular products before they make their purchase”.

Buttacavoli was raised in Marysville and wanted the facility to be more than just an office building.  His hope was to construct a building that kept with the architecture of past years and hopefully spark others to do the same.  “I’d love for this to be only the beginning of more great new projects in Marysville that will attract more businesses to our city”, Buttacavoli continued.

In addition to the showroom and offices, there is a second floor of 2,000 square feet that is available for lease.  The floor space currently boasts individual offices, but can be designed to fit the needs of any business.   It also has a separate private entrance on Yuba Street. 

Buttacavoli Industries is an authorized dealer for Alpine, Andersen, Milgard and Jeld-Wen windows. They also offer doors and trim from a variety of vendors such as Simpson, Craftmaster, Therma-tru,  Masonite and IWP along with hardware from Emtek, Copper Creek, Norton and Bobrick that provide quality and value. Buttacavoli Industries also carries a large selection of standard, custom and super custom shower doors. All products are available for new construction or remodeling existing homes.  They also provide full installation and service of all the products they sell for both commercial and residential units.
